I was making this bouquet earlier, and found childhood memories flooding into my mind of boiled eggs and soldiers!
The toasty colour of the magnificent orchid and the eggy ranunculae and craspedia remind me of those lovely Burford Browns I eat at weekends!
The falling eggs in the shop window were a display we made one Easter.
Easter is late this year, and I have the pleasure of making flower arrangements for my niece’s wedding in Harrogate. This will be the beginning of wedding season for us.

What a beautiful time of year! The change of season is evident, as I walk my dogs along the blossom covered lane to the river. There is a magnificent magnolia tree in the churchyard, its buds covered in fur.
We stock blossom and magnolia at Stems, so call us on 020 7831 6776 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
We have some fabulous flowers in stock today! we’re open till 7pm, so you have a chance to grab a bouquet en route home for the weekend.
The sky is still grey, but somehow it lights up the vibrant colours of the flowers. At least the daylight hours are getting longer, and we’re now in March – the start of spring!

Have a lovely weekend!
There’s something very special about small, dainty flowers. They express fragility, gentleness and beauty. Many spring flowers are tiny – buds, the start of a new season, gentle scents..
This little pot contains genista, ranunculus, roses, pistache, rosemary, clematis and lisianthus.
Flowers can be used to express so many sentiments. For me, they are the ultimate gift. But then they would be, wouldn’t they!
Call us on 07932 052411 or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to bring a smile to someone’s face.
