One of our main activities since relocating to Windsor has been supplying wedding flowers.
From large weddings at Hedsor House to small, intimate gatherings at local pubs, we’ve done it all! Do I have a favourite? Not really. I see every wedding as a new project, and make a design from scratch.
I love meeting the bridal couple, who often come for the initial consultation together. In the past, it tended to be the bride and her mother.
Windsor Guildhall Wedding and Reception at The Loch and The Tyne
Windsor Guildhall is a fabulous wedding venue, in the heart of Windsor, in the shadow of Windsor Castle.
The room itself is very grand, with a chandelier given by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The walls are adorned with paintings of former Kings and Queens.
The Loch and The Tyne by Adam Handling in Old Windsor is fantastic. It sits on Crimp Hill, overlooking fields and trees, and has a lovely terrace. Cosy inside, adorned with dried flowers by Stems of Windsor, and a marquee in the back courtyard. The food is to die for! They will tailor make your special day, and nothing is too much trouble.
Windsor Guildhall Wedding Flowers
I love the image of this bride smiling at her flowers! The wedding reception was held at The MacDonald Hotel, conveniently a stone’s throw from The Guildhall.
Wedding Flowers for a professional gardener
I was delighted to be asked to provide the flowers for two of the Windsor Great Park gardeners last month. Needless to say, their knowledge of flowers is vast, and I was so please to come up with a design they loved.
Foam free floral arch at The Sir Christopher Wren Hotel and beautiful bride with bridesmaids. Dried flower crown.
