Plan the flowers for your event and put together a brief for your florist

-Date and time of your Event

Leave as much time as possible for the florist to set up before your event . We will liaise with the contact at the venue regarding access.

- Contact name and address at venue

We will speak to the person managing your event regarding every aspect of the flowers, including suitable delivery time.

- Flowers required

You can give us an exact brief, or just an idea of your overall requirements, and we will bring our expert knowledge to fill in the gaps. We can advise on what flowers are in season, the best flowers of the year, what style is most suitable, and how to use your budget for maximum impact

- Name of room(s) for flowers

We will either visit and view the venue, or look at images and dimensions to ensure perfect positioning.

- Colour scheme and style

If you need to take the colour scheme and style of the room into account, and link it with your company colours, we can assist, and send images of various mock ups to choose from

- Do flowers need to be removed by the florist after the event? (Time)

Most people offer flowers to their guest to take home after the event - or perhaps you want to take them back to the office after the event. If you want us to collect the flowers afetr the event, you need to book us.

- Room dimensions, table sizes and number (with images if possible)

Let us know how many table you'll be having, and the dimensions, so we can make the floral displays the right size.

- Date you wish the florist to visit and view the venue with you

If you want us to visit the venue with (or without) you before the event, we are happy to do so.

- Your budget

The cost of different types of flower varies enormously. If we know your budget, we can inform you of the best choices to make on the flowers

- Your name, email, phone and company name

We will send you mock ups and suggestions, as well as an itinerary for the day.
