IMG_20151002_132643I love these Memory Lane roses. They change colour, depending on what you put them with – sometimes dusky pink, but changing to mauve against the purples. We’ve put them with hydrangeas, eryngium thistle, statice & limonium.

It is possible to dry every flower in this bouquet. Hang roses upside down, somewhere dark, dry & airy. They shrink with the dehydration, but you can open them up again by holding them in the steam from a kettle.Hydranges also dry beautifully, along with statice, thistle & limonium.
