send flowers in Holborn

This is a photo of a rhododendron taken in Windsor Great Park on 20th April last year. These amazing blooms look so exotic – especially since it is still spring. The magnolias & camellias are the same – exotic blooms, braving the cool weather & chance of frost, like beautiful, brave warriors.

We are making a bouquet for Princess Anne this week. I have chosen myrtle, mint, skimmia, forget-me-nots, scilla & freesia for the occasion – a celebration of seasonal flowers. The larger displays will include apple blossom & flowers in shades of pink & mauve.

Easter is a great time for planting, visiting the garden centres, mowing the lawn. I’m looking forward to making spring posies for the shop with all the lovely flowers & foliage in my garden. Happy Easter to you all.
