We started with our Christmas flowers a couple of weeks ago, with two installations at restaurants.
Sustainable seasonal installation at The Frog by Adam Handling, Covent Garden.
We used carpet moss, tillandsia, cotton, cones, limonium and thistle.
We made scented garland of blue pine, dried fruit, Scandi style wooden decorations, cones and twigs to decorate the beautiful Fox and Hounds in Englefield Green.
My favourite place, because the food is amazing, the ambience is wonderful and it’s on my doorstep – The Loch and the Tyne.
